Liz is a long-standing resident of Omaha who was a Kindergarten teacher for 8 years, but after having children, turned her passions into a different direction. She is the Community Coordinator for Athleta in Village Pointe, she works at the front desk for CORE Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, and has her own photography business, NEW Candids.

In her free time, she enjoys running – but running on dirt trails are her favorite because they offer a way to de-stress and become grounded with nature. She also likes to ride her bikes (road bike and mountain bike), walk her dog Duncan, and loves to spend time with her two kids, Tori (13) and Bennett (7). Basically, if she’s outside, she’s happy!

Liz enjoys writing and has a vision of becoming a published author some day. She loves traveling, adventure, enjoys meeting new people, and thrives on lifting others up. She loves to volunteer at races and events, and is looking forward to directing a 5k race in 2018. But most of all, she is excited about being a part of the FITGirl, Inc. team and is ready to bring her best to the table.
